Paper applications need to be postmarked no later than tomorrow for the 2013 antelope, Custer State Park antelope and tundra swan seasons. Electronic applications must be submitted by 8 a.m. on Wednesday. Second-draw deadlines for the fall turkey and West River deer seasons are Aug. 16 for paper applications and Aug. 21 for electronic applications. Hunters are also reminded that the application deadline for East River deer is Aug. 30.
