We kindly remind you that - unless already done - your students have to register through our online process at our web page ulg.ac.be/en/erasmus/in/application For the second semester, students have to fill the on-line Application Form between October 1st and November 1st and send us the printed version duly signed before November 15th 2014. All applications must be made on line. We will be extremely grateful, if you could pass on this information about these procedures to your students. We insist that our exchange students should have a minimal knowledge of French (English if all their courses are in English) to attend classes and take exams. Therefore we ask them to join to their Application Form a document testifying their level of French (or English). The minimal required level is B1 (B2 for HEC-Management School)(Common European Framework of Reference). Moreover, students must append a Transcript of Records of their previous Higher Education study years.
