Parade is now shaping to be on the 27 Nov. Nothing I can do about it except follow orders. As for the Ball... There is a significant amount of money outstanding from those who cannot or have chosen not to attend. If you have indicated you are coming or have only paid a deposit I will wait till Friday for you to pay or confirm your non attendance. After that, thats it. You have my details. I will cut the numbers and move forward. I also am disappointed in the return of sales. I will ensure however that the event goes ahead and those attending have a great time.
