Pardon me while I rant a bit...... Moms and Dads, please understand one thing, our child/children are born self-centered, we all are. What there little hearts want is to have it their way!! This isnt Burger King. This is real life. In real life they dont get it there way. As parents it is our job to teach them to not be self-centered. If you dont believe they are born that way. .... then tell me, do you remember these words??? Mine!! Everything is theres in their eyes!! They will be demanding, self-willed, and self-centered unless YOU, (not school, church, or anyone else) teach them otherwise. Im not trying to be hateful but we have really messed up as a society. This its all about the children junk isnt helping. Guess what!! It isnt about them at all!!! Its about God!! God did not put your children on this,earth so they can live it up, be out of control, and live to please themselves. God put your children on this earth to please HIM. Teach them that!! *I know a lot of you wont like this post but many of us, including myself at times have been guilty of catering to our childrens every want. Its our job to give them all they need, not all they want. Remember who the boss is, it isnt your little angel, its you. Teach them to put God first, others second, themselves last. .....Im done now :-)
