Pardon our absence folks! We are alive, but not really kicking! It has been nothing short of a POO WEEK! But we survived, and thats really all you can ask for! It involved things like not one, not two, but three truck breakdowns for Lee, along with getting stuck behind a wreck and sitting on the freeway for a while. But here are some pupdates for you! Madeline: She was spayed yesterday, and is doing great! On her way back to the shelter from the vet she even taught herself to roll down the window. Stinker. Apollo: he is voicing his displeasure at the idea of being groomed and bathed for his upcoming adventure. Old men and their fur!! Both will be here hopefully during this coming week sometime. Jasper: He has had what I can only call a horrible few days. He had a massive round of seizures, topping 15, plus many small ones. We have learned he actually has two types, and one of them he has many times every week. They are of course more mild, and less noticeable, but now we can explain some of the things that we thought to be just odd habits! He has had some steroids to help get them in check, which does not agree with his little body AT ALL. He is an unhappy fellow, but we will get him back to calm and mellow as soon as we can.
