Pareng Ped, I read your story when you were eating in a food court - TopicsExpress

Pareng Ped, I read your story when you were eating in a food court and you saw this punk eat the left-over of some diners. Unless this punk poses a danger to you, I wouldnt look down on him although he seems to be down and out. I would like to quote something to you from the Old Testament of the Bible found in Hebrews 13, verses 1 to 2: Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers for by doing so some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it. I am a firm believer that every now and then, angels, who are also created beings like us, wander the earth from time to time disguised as dirt-poor people to test the kindness of human beings. They probably do this at the Lords instigation or they do it on their own volition but for me, I wouldnt turn down an opportunity to entertain an angel. In Genesis 32, verse 24, it says So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak. The man saw that he could not overpower Jacob so he touched the socket of Jacobs hips so that his hip was wrenched. Then the man said, Let me go for it is daybreak. But Jacob replied, I will not let you go unless you bless me. (verse 26) In verse 28, the man said, Your name will not longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God..... You see, you cannot be sure who you might be dealing with for the person might be an angel or the Lord himself. I do not mean to say that you should always be trusting and hospitable for there might be some instances when a stranger might be evil and dangerous. But the Lord will give you wisdom and signs when you encounter a disguised angel or the Lord Himself.
