Parental Alienation : If you were a mouse on the wall, observing a child in the beginning stages of alienation, what would you see? You would begin to see a loving, happy child slowly question one parent and their love for them. You would see their smile fade from their faces, as the alienator takes from them what was happiness and joy, and turns it to fear and sorrow. You would see a child building an invisible wall between themselves and the parent they are pressured to hate. You would see a sense of empowerment and entitlement that is dangerous for their physical and emotional well being. You would hear words come out of their mouths that are in congruent from what you have seen and heard before the childs parents decided to split. You would see a child, robbed of the childhood. ........ This is why it is important to become educated about the behaviors concerning parental alienation. Prevent children from losing their childhoods!
