Parents: Our hosting season ended this afternoon. This was our last production at our theater this year. It was a blockbuster. Oh, in a couple of weeks the entire North Bay League will descend on our home course, our theater. Maria Carrillo will employ their cast and crew to host the North Bay League Championships on November 7. Our theater is well used and is the site of every North Bay League Championship. I like to think of our course as our school auditorium, the place where the great get together for the best of performances. Of course the best performances are staged by the best performers. That is you. Our stage crew today taking care of the finish line and our directors making sure the kids came into the chute and stayed in order. Our crowd and auto control ushers in the parking lot. Our timing crew making sure every act is on time and accurate. And then our roadies, those drivers that makes sure the actors are all on stage to run their best in races and rehearsals. The sound crew with the loudest cowbells and biggest voices. Our marquee person with our big banner. Our canine control group who have trained their dogs to bark and cheer as we all do. To all of you, Thank You, Thank You and then again Thank You. Bravo and a standing ovation for all of you. There are not enough curtain calls that you can be a part of that will do justice to all you have done for our cast this year. Just know that all you have done is never to be forgotten. Thanks again. We still have 16 days to go for our crew to hit the road at Rancho next Wednesday and then back to our theater for our cast to put on the performance of the year. The best part is we get the preferred seats and will not be producing the show. We just get to enjoy our young charges perform the best show of the year. Our entire team, JVs and Varsity will be on stage one last time at the league finals. And after the Varsity will take the road to Broadway(well, NCS Championships in Hayward). Parents, from all of your coaches, we thank you so very, very much.
