Parents, Please take the time to do this survey :) The Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing Parent Educator is available to assist all parents of Deaf or Hard of Hearing children. In an effort to meet their needs, they have developed a survey for parents. The purpose of this survey is to gather information, experiences, and needs of parents with deaf and hard of hearing children in Arizona. Any and all information gathered will be anonymous, and only as detailed as you wish it to be.
