Parents, We will be having our final parent meeting before the trip on Tuesday, Nov. 12th at 6:30 in the music room. At this meeting I will have a packet for you that includes hotel and contact information, itinerary, a list of what to pack, trip rules/expectations, medical release form, and will discuss the meal situation as well as answer any other questions that you might have. You or a representative from your family needs to be at this meeting. Thank you for all that you have done for our students and myself to help us get to this point. We are only 12 rehearsals away from going!!!!!
