Parents! Your childrens lessons this past Sunday focused on God Creating Everything! I am attaching some connecting points for you. - Read Genesis 1:1-2:3 and write out each day of creation slips on paper. Fold each slip of paper and place them in a bowl. Gather a pencil and a pad. Select one family member to pull out a slip of paper from the bowl and draw a day of creation while the rest of the family guesses. Continue for each day of creation. Once all days of creation have been guessed, ask: What are things here in our home that God created? Continue: What are things that God used man to make? Take a walk outside and repeat the questions. Guide the answers so that all family members are successful. Say: God is so amazing that He created everything. He even created us and gave us the knowledge to make things to glorify Him. God created all things and He deserves our worship. Pray, thanking God for all the things He made, especially family!
