Parents, if you love your kids you will accompany them to their interviews, ask their professors to reconsider their grades, and make sure they do community service or mission trips so they can write about it in essays for scholarships. This is how life works, right? Good grades, good degree, good job, good promotions? We almost feel entitled to this process. Soon your kid will be on their way to becoming the next Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Sir Richard Branson, Danica Patrick, or maybe a modern day Andrew Carnegie, all of who got the best grades at a good college... Oh, no, they didnt go to college, and some skipped high school.
