Parents of Texas teen in affluenza drunk driving case to pay fraction of treatment costs. Taxpayers will be forced to pay for the rest of his treatment. This affluenza is Bull Crap. They say its like a disease that RICH kids have, that causes them to think they have entitlements from the public and the Law, because their Rich parents didnt take time with them to teach them any better than to break the Law. They think that because their parents are rich that they are above the Law. They want to create this disease called affluenza to get the rich kids out of trouble and prevent the rich parents from paying the fines they should be charged with. I CALL BULL CRAP.
