Parents, this Friday, May 9th, is Senior Assembly and it will be conducted from 9 a.m. until approximately noon. We will be having school on this day. However, we offered an incentive to our sophomores and juniors. If they were present on both days of their EOC testing, in biology, geometry or junior English, and gave their best effort during those tests, they had the option of attending school on May 9th. If your child qualified for this incentive, if they are not sure have them talk to their geometry, biology or Junior English teacher, then their absence on May 9th will not count against them. However, if they come on campus they are expected to stay all day and will be truant, if they leave during the school day without checking out with a parent. Please discuss this matter with your child before Friday so that you can make plans with them.
