Currently on Opt extension, will be applying for h1 in april15. my parents had received 10 years visitor visa (b1/b2) while I was graduating. However, they were unable to visit me till date. I want my mom to visit me for a week in January. She will heading back and might schedule to visit me again around April. 1. Will there be any issues, while she enters second time in such short time span? 2. What documents does she need to carry on arrival? 3. Im currently resided near New Jersey. but wanted her to land in Chicago port of entry for the one week stay. Will this be an issue? 3. Based on any of your parents visit, any suggestions?
