Parker...the almost potty trained. Parker goes outside to potty 90% of the time...but if Im late letting him out--instead of telling me, he pees in the dog bed. He never goes when wearing a belly band. Im not sure what Im doing wrong. Is he ever going to be 100%? Im tired of washing the bed covers if I dont notice he wants to go out. Hes let out on a schedule but he doesnt indicate when he has to go otherwise. Any ideas?
