The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Conference and Exhibition Services Manager. Key responsibilities will include: The management and control of ergonomic flow of traffic around the CTICC. To write and manage work schedules, liaise with personnel planners concerning the hiring of parking operators and the supervision of flexi-staff. Responsible for cash ups, balancing of automatic pay stations and manual cashiers, and monthly float checks with the Finance Department. Responsible for parking revenue budget and operating cost including staffing costs. Compilation of event’s parking plan and procedures. Responsible for staff transport, event’s shuttle services and the operating costs. Ensure all Standard operating procedures are adhered to. Produce and check daily, weekly and monthly reports. Qualifications: Matric; Diploma in transport economics or transport logistics; Computer literacy; Code 08 drivers’ licence. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, be flexible, excellent supervisory skills; have a pleasant and calm disposition. Remuneration will be discussed with the successful candidate.
