Parklands: Admissions Secretary PARKLANDS COLLEGE We require the services of an ADMISSIONS SECRETARY To commence as soon as possible We are seeking the services of an exceptional candidate to fill this key position within our College. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for education and a sincere interest in young children. She will be required to convey our vision and mission and impart our information regarding the exceptional education we provide. The successful candidate must be well presented, articulate and professional yet warm and friendly. The following skills are imperative to the position: Exceptional people skills and the ability to multitask A vibrant positive personality Excellent telephone etiquette Strong liaison person with a natural empathetic demeanour Strong administrative and secretarial skills Proof-reading and editing would be a distinct advantage Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) Previous experience within an educational environment is advantageous Three contactable references, a necessity. Remuneration and good company benefits aligned with experience and qualifications, general office hours will apply.
