Parliament session to be postponed again for lack of quorum September 23, 2013 12:24 AM The Daily Star BEIRUT: A Parliament session is unlikely to be held Monday for lack of quorum in a repeat of a boycott by a sufficient number of lawmakers over the constitutionality of sessions under a caretaker Cabinet. Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, as well as the Future Movement and its March 14 allies and the Free Patriotic Movement, said Sunday they would boycott for the fifth time a Parliament session called for by Speaker Nabih Berri. Berri called Friday for three consecutive sessions starting Monday to discuss 45 draft laws listed on the agenda.
