Parmalat: Returns Clerk 916 Company Name: Parmalat Reference Number: EC/XB/07/20130909 Job Title: Returns Clerk Paterson Grade: B2 Location: Durban DC Reporting To: Returns Controller Positions Available: 1 Response Deadline: 16/9/2013 Key Performance Areas: •Control and monitor stock returns and documentation from deliveries on daily basis. •Control and monitor all debriefing department issues, i.e. extra stock, stock shortage, pods, invoices, claims and movement of stock. •To ensure all invoices to follow and pod’s problem are limited and recorded on the spread sheet (for management information) •To make sure Pick ‘n Pay claims and Shoprite claims are added to the spreadsheet (for management information) •To make sure product code and reason code are used in correct way to limit company adjustment (for admin recon department) •To make sure all loads are closed and invoice released (for admin recon department) •To make sure daily transfer stock are done and sign for different department (for warehouse department) Minimum Requirements: •Grade 12 or Equivalent •At least 2 years experience in warehouse environment essential •Computer literate in MSOffice Education: *Grade 10 or equivalent.
