Parole Request: 15 years ago today, August 13th, our son, Marc, was killed in the line of duty. Most of you know that Marc was a Deputy with the Greenville County Sheriffs Office. He was gunned down while trying to handcuff a career criminal on Roper Mountain Rd. He was just 27 years old. We miss him as much or more than we did on that day. WE HAVE AN URGENT REQUEST!!! We ask you to help us to PROTEST the PAROLE of the man that shot Marc that day. Please take a minute of your time and go the website of the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon and write a note to the Parole Board stating that you oppose parole for: Cory Sentell Harris SCDC # 270344 The website is: dppps.sc.gov The hearing is set for Wednesday, September 10, 9:00AM.
