Part 1, Title XIV, Chapter 90, Section 20A of the Massachusetts - TopicsExpress

Part 1, Title XIV, Chapter 90, Section 20A of the Massachusetts State Legislature reads as follows, Said notice must be made in triplicate and one copy shall be affixed securely to the motor vehicle and shall contain, but shall not be limited to, the following information: the make, color, registration number and state of issuance of said registration number of the vehicle involved, the date, time and place of the violation, the specific violation charged and, if a meter violation, the number of said meter, the name and badge number of the officer ... So because all of the parking tickets we receive with just Officer 38 written on them and not the name of the officer, that means that all of our tickets should be void and we should not be required to pay them. Correct?
