Part 2 of my personal #gotballs? workout. Yes... the turf is unforgiving when sliding into the throw position, but that extra pain is what makes it so fun. This works exceptionally well if you have someone gathering up the thrown projectiles so that when you sprint to them, they are not spread out, and you can keep the pace and flow. Stay tuned for part 3 hittin the newz feed tomorrow. Until then... live intense. Never compromise... and No regrets. Is there any other way to live?
