Part 2 of “the announcement” is I did not interview for this - TopicsExpress

Part 2 of “the announcement” is I did not interview for this position. Apparently “big brother” was watching and felt it was time that I be moved up **grateful** I know some think I share A LOT on my FB page but the truth is I don’t share a WHOLE lot or HALF of what goes on in my world. This year started off extremely challenging for me as I ended a relationship right after the New Year and like many of you, it was hard for me but I had to keep on keeping on. At the same time I was set to begin my Evangelist Missionary classes in February constantly reminding myself “God qualifies those He calls” and in July I was humbled & licensed before my loved ones. In the meantime in between time I have been experiencing financial challenges and again like many of you, I cried SILENT TEARS but had to put a smile on my face and keep on keeping on trusting God every step of the way. And then yesterday happened—MY GOD IS AWESOME! I’d like to add this; yesterday at 10:41am, I sent the following email to one of my good friends that read “Lets pray I get my promotion 1st quarter of next year.” His response was “Praying for increase” and at 2:45pm I was called in with the news of the promotion **say what** His reply was “SPEAK IT UNTIL YOU SEE IT!” I’m a witness that I have the power and the authority to change my situation simply by SPEAKING LIFE! The last part of this PRAISE REPORT is the person who promoted me (the Director) was one of my hardest critics. I felt like he was ALWAYS riding me so to hear him say to me in front of my Manager & Supervisor that his LAST OFFICIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS BEFORE HE RETIRES (on 1/2/15) IS TO SEE THAT I AM PROMOTED made my heart leap **I didn’t cry but I almost let one drop* God will use those who don’t necessarily “care for you” to BLESS YOU!! He followed it up with an email this morning that read “Vachell, very much deserved … congratulations.” #WONTHEDOIT For those who doubt the power of prayer and change; I am a witness that GOD Can Do It and your critics can be turned into supporters—but you gotta do the work!! To Whom Much is Given Much is Required! I end with my favorite (well one of) passages of scripture which is I WILL BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIMES AND HIS PRAISES SHALL CONTINUALLY BE IN MY MOUTH. MY SOUL SHALL MAKE A BOAST IN THE LORD; THE HUMBLE SHALL HEAR THEREOF AND BE GLAD. OH MAGNIFY THE LORD WITH ME AND LET US EXALT HIS NAME TOGETHER. I SOUGHT THE LORD AND HE HEARD ME AND DELIEVERED ME…OH TASTE AND SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD. BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO TRUSTS IN HIM!! **I could really post the entire passage** #goodorbad #sickenessorhealth #happyorsad #upordown #praiseiswhatIdo #humbled #grateful #favoredbyGod #trustingHimalways #mylatterisALWAYSgreater
