Part 3: The number three (3) is accepted as a number of fulfillment in that it involves the basis of a thing and from it things are made manifest. Three (3) has been symbolized as triangle. What does the triangle imply? When viewed up, it is noted as the element of fire, which suggests the heavenly realm of consciousness. When view down , it is noted as the element of water , which suggests the earthly realm of manifestation. What is meant by the terms consciousness and manifestation? These terms represented in these symbols of triangles show the purpose of order in the manifestation of conscious thought. In short the square and the compass are symbols of manifesting conscious thought. They are implied in the two triangles found in the square and compass. Also take notice that we find the hexagram as the two triangles come together, rightfully called the star of David .It symbolizes the six points of spiritual expression in consciousness. The seventh one is found in the center of the square and compass and is known as the letter ( G ).
