Part 3 of the Reign-deer games workout from Christmas day! Now this circuit was all over the place, and slightly random. But there are many exercises to try in your own workouts. Here is the blueprint: 1. Anti-gravity kbell shoulder presses x10 or until your cant keep the grip, but since the weight was light, I decided to bust out some bosu thrusters* for fun and some alternating 1 arm presses* until failure as well **not apart of original plan... a little extra frosting and sweetness 2. Now that my grip is exhausting, these 1 leg sitdowns (sissy pistols, hence the bench) were actually hard. I usually aim for 6-5 each leg but my grip was giving having had too much fun on the bosu ball 3. And the final exercise... box-squat into power shrug with d-bells.. x10-8-6 I made this exercise up, and if you already do it, then you must be creative like me. And if your grip wasnt already fried, im sure this one takes the fruit-cake. Say tuned for part 4 from the Christmas day massacre that happened here at Gorilla Sports Specific Training.
