Part 3 … some more bad news and some really awesome news. This morning, Rob received notification that, at the Health Unit’s request, Rob and Dunaj’s appeal has been dismissed by the Health Services Appeal and Review Board. We’re not happy about it, but it isn’t a surprise. No one close to this situation expected that Rob and Dunaj would get a fair chance to defend themselves and prove Dunaj’s innocence. We know why the Health Unit could never let this case get to the point where they had to show their evidence. Not to worry though, when the time is right, Rob is going to get the evidence out somehow. Disclosure is a beautiful thing sometimes… ;) Now for some really awesome news!!!!!!!!!!!! Richard Rosenthal of The Lexus Project in New York has granted us permission to tell everyone that Dunaj is under his care. He is healthy, happy, and most importantly, SAFE !!!!!!! Richard, and The Lexus Project save dogs in trouble. It’s what they do, and we are so thankful that they exist. I wonder if Dunaj knows that he is now a dual citizen !?!?! This is no longer about whether Dunaj will be killed. This is about whether or not Dunaj will ever be able to come back to North Bay to be with Rob and see all of his friends, old and new… #savedunaj thelexusproject.org/contact
