Part 31 The story of Rose Ann and her friends Rose Ann folded up the letter and put it in her drawer where she had all of the things from Devin. She wiped the tears away from her face, as she tried to picture Devins face. She had no idea what he looked like. She decided to write him back when she got home from school and actually ask him for a picture. She wasnt sure if he would want to give her one, because he didnt want anyone to know about him but she was going to ask anyway. Rose Ann went down the stairs and talked with her mom for a little bit, then she had to run to catch her bus. When she arrived at the bus stop she noticed the new girl again. This time she decided to go over to her and say hi. Rose Ann walked slowly over to her. “Hi my name is Rose Ann and you are ?” The girl looks up at Rose Ann, “Hi Rose Ann, my name is Stacy.” Rose Ann smiled and put her hand out to shake hands. Rose then asked her, “Hey do you want to set together on and bus again?” “I know I have sat with you, but was too afraid to talk to you.” Nellie shook Rose Anns hand and said, “I would like that.” The yellow bus arrives and both girls get on to the bus and find a seat together. They sat and chatted a little along the way. They mostly talked about Nellie being new and if she liked the school so far. Nellie stated, “Well said that she didnt have any friends.” Rose Ann looked and her and said I’ve been attending this school for a long time and I don’t have any friends either. Rose Ann said we maybe we can hang out sometime, To be continued……………….. How do you think new kids, feel at a new school?
