Part 6 The next day started with another great breakfast. Kareena had crepes with cheese and spinach. I had french toast and bacon. The best part was the maple syrup which Quebec is known for. We then waited for Kareenas cousin, Barbara, and her daughter and grand daughter to pick us up to go to two museums. The first stop was the Walbridge Barn in Mystic Quebec. It is a 12 sided barn. The center of the barn has a platform where the horse and buggy would enter. There circular platform would move around to 11 hay lofts and would end up back around at the entrance. The horse could walk out without backing up. The second museum as in Stanbridge East. They had some items from Kareenas family on display. The docent offered to show us the General Store up the road. They showed a video explaining the history and significance of the General Store to the community. Barbara dropped us off at our Uncle Mels cabin in Selby Lake. We loaded up the car and got ready to go to Montreal for two days.
