Part Time Case Manager - Refugee and Resettlement Part Time Description The Refugee Resettlement Services is seeking a person dedicated to serving newly arrived refuges as they resettled into their new lives in the United States. As a part-time Case Manager, this position develops and manages client resettlement plans with the goal of reaching self-sufficiency. Responsibilities The part-time Case Manager will work 25 hours a week and is responsible for: designing and delivering cultural orientations; processes employment authorization documents; coordinates the delivery of services and referrals; keeps documentation up-to-date and accurate; inputs information in client database in a timely and accurate manner; participates in continuous training opportunities; and responds to communication in a timely manner. Qualifications Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in social work or related field and must be able to work in a team environment. Only bilingual candidates who are fluent (oral, written, and listening) in English and Creole need apply.
