Part Time Program Planner Innovative Talent Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven multi-tasking, scheduling and communication abilities. The focus of this position is to provide management, planning and logistics support for online education, live webinars, and on-site conferences. Job Responsibilities: • Manage the development of presentations by working with content providers and managing content delivery • Utilizing various web-based and software technologies to produce value-added educational content for the organization’s online educational program • Plan and organize conferences and webinars from start to finish • Assist in gaining approved and accredited status from state and national agencies for the educational program • Keep comprehensive records of event participation and completion • Handle inquires via phone and email in a timely, proficient manner Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will be willing to travel several times per year.
