Part of last nights session were Paused Deadlifts. This is where you pause the movement at the knees before a fast lockout. This will increase the time I spend under tension at my weakest point, which is my back at mid range. This is my working sets at 91kg x 4 reps x 5 sets. Third session back from time off and still needing some techniqual tweaks. Example... first two sets I was overextending and not locking my knees out. Im also trying to minimise rounding of my back and engaging my abs throughout the whole movement. Little by little, well get there :)
