Part of my commitment to bien vivir is to try to eat more local and organic food. A pet peeve is how most of the yoghurt has now got modified corn starch in it here in Cape Town. Camphill has great natural yoghurt but hard to find. Today I discovered that Fairview is producing an excellent plain full cream yoghurt with no additives, sugar or starch. Yipppeeee. But it is more expensive than all the ones with the junk in, and only in small sizes at the Hypermarket. Anyone seen big versions of this?
