Part of my workout today. This is the 2nd circuit I did.(1st one was with kettle bells) -Up-downs on the Battleropes for 50reps -slams with 25lb ball for 15 reps -scoop slams with 75lb dummy for 6 reps -burpees for 12 reps I was pretty winded by the end. Repeated this one 2x. Nice full body circuit to close out my session before a 2mile run.
