Part of the planning for our 2015 season involves looking at new items or changes to the menu.... Some of the things we are looking at are; 1) Stream lining the menu in some areas 2) Adding.more healthy food such as chicken/turkey/spinach wraps and small (to-go) salads 3) Eventually phasing in flat bread personal pizzas 4) Offering hand-dipped Garbers Ice Cream from our snack shack 5) If we take an item off the menu that doesnt sell quickly (like the fish sandwich) we might offer them as specials during the season... one of the things we did in 2014 was to go to different french fries...while we loved the crinkle cut fries; they took so much time to fry, so we experimented and found several fries that seemed to be a hit with our patrons, and allowed us to avoid lines for most of the season... of people waiting for the fries to get done! Also with the addition of the Snack Shack in late 2014, it took a lot of weight off the concession stand for those folks who just wanted funnel cakes, popcorn, ice cream and sodas (from a bottle).... As always we appreciate input... any thoughts or possible ideas we should look at for 2015?
