Part of the property we want to buy for the 50 dogs here. one got adopted today. Our lovely Hannah. our lovely Brazilian volunteer who has been coming here for months lost one of her dogs so decided to take Hannah. Hannah so deserves this break. She is six years old and spent her entire life on the streets until we took her in with bleeding ears this year. She had chronic tick disease and was going to die. Everyone knew her where she was living but nobody adopted her. She is a really affectionate girl. I nearly cried when we left her there but I know she will get more attention nd she is going to live in the house. Our volunteer is going to introduce her slowly to the other nine dogs there. Hannah should be okay she was living with five other dogs and they all got on well. Hannahs new mom just called us and said she ate well, didnt cry, and sat in the sun with her new mom stroking her. Every time mom stopped she pushed her with her paw for more. I am happy for Hannah but will miss her. The last pictures are of her exploring her new home whilst we were there. We will get weekly news of her as our volunteer comes to help. She has lots of space, friends, and somebody who has time for all the cuddles she needs. Another happy ending.
