Part of the reason why I left Bank of America. Theyre only interested in selling and selling and selling more. Some people dont need credit cards, mortgages, or loans, but they love shoving it down peoples throats. I got hit with the deepening the relationship line by my manager several times and I always thought it was bogus. They push and push the part time workers to do things that they want them to do whether we liked it or not. Sell him this sell him that. It all comes down to the bank earning its profits and the managers and supervisors earning their quarterly bonuses at the expense of the lifeless part timers. I loved my co workers and the banking center. No wonder Bank of America has such a bad image.
