This position involves handling the full spectrum of Administrative & Operational duties, such as: • Manage and own all day to day administrative operations of the US company • Provide administrative assistance to employees • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (including live meetings, video conferences, and global meetings) • Coordinate complex travel arrangements/itinerary on behalf of the company management • Oversee HR transactions and support personnel HR activities • Work with the finance department to build and monitor the US company budget and expenses • Proactively manage the executives’ schedule • Work with suppliers, perform inventory management • Support visitors and perform reception functions • Support the executive team with different projects Requirements: As an Administrative Manager, you should have a proven track record of success and outstanding performance in fast-paced environments. You are a self-starter and an innovative problem-solver who sets high standards for the quality of your work and has a passion for supporting others. You are the kind of person who can anticipate needs and execute independently. • Education: BA or equivalent • At least 3-4 years of relevant industry (high-tech / global organization / startup) • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing and through clear and succinct presentations to individuals at all levels • Ability to take initiative and manage/conclude a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently • Multitasking, high level prioritization capability, effectively responding to simultaneous requests and projects • Ability to act in a professional manner with all levels of individuals – employees and outside groups • Ability to build and manage budgets • Knowledge of advanced functions for MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). • Independent time management as well as team player Please send cv and cover letter to jobs.us@cortica
