There will be demos, flyers, and other handouts to help remind patients of their medication schedule. 2/1/2015 and 2/8/2015 9:00am-12:00pm Red Barn Flea Market 1707 1st Street, Bradenton, FL 34208 Operation Immunization (w/GenerationRx) Will be educating patients on medication adherence by organizing a booth and giving out cards, handouts and pamphlets to aid patients in better adhering to their medication intake. 2/3/2015 3:00pm-6:00pm Walgreens 14415 Arbor Green Trail, Bradenton, FL 34202 Operation Diabetes (w/FSHP) Will be providing blood glucose and blood pressure testing. Will also be handing out pamphlets about diabetes received from the American Diabetes Association.
