Participation in adventure activities and adventure sports are countless. they contribute to many psychological and physiological benefits like reducing anxiety and depressing, enhancing self-esteem and confidence and creating a fit and healthy lifestyle in the participants. Adventure have also been shown to improve both academic and occupational outcomes, lower absenteeism at work and school and deter delinquency. We have thousands of participants who attend the weekend activities to recharge and refresh so that they can spend the week doing some productive time back at college or office. Adventure activities help develop the mind body connection by strengthening the body and training the mind to use it for action and reaction Participants find a supporting like minded group that promotes a spirit of social interaction, cooperation and friendship. Adventure helps participants think critically and solve problems and reflect on life. Helps them build self-discipline, trust, respect for each other, teamwork and coping skills, all of which are the very foundation of character building which is one of the missions of GHAC. GHAC was started on 27th May 2008 and We will complete 6 years this 27th May and I feel immensely proud of all the countless friends and the entire GHAC Leadership team who supported me to bring the idea of adventure to everyone in Hyderabad. - Diyanat Ali - Founder GHAC.
