Partnership Opportunity -- Georgia House Buyers INC is looking for an individual or business whos primary focus is to transform residential single family homes into non-instutional type assisted living facilities . I am open to management companies that may have similar experience. We currently have an 8800 sq ft home +/- 45 minutes north of Atlanta. The person or company will take the lead uncovering feasibility/need of the project and potentially move forward to launch and overseeing daily operations.
