Parveen travels worst service... Parveen travels rambad to chennai volvo ac bus was break down due to ac fault. This was well identified by driver when the bus was started from ramnad at 8:00 pm on 31aug2014. But the fault was not tolerate and bus came to karaikudi at 10:45, actual time is 9:45 pm. If the window is open then we can able to manage the journey, since it is ac bus all glasses were mould. There is no responses from Praveen customer care and their agent. The ticket cost is rs. 900, but they are asking us to make the journey without air. But the time was 12 , so we couldnt able find any alternative. So ceiling glass opened and travelled to chennai with 4 hrs delay without ac. They are not returned ac ticket money for non ac travel.... friends pls try to avoid use parveen travels ...
