Paseos closure has been dominating my Facebook feed since yesterday. You cant buy that kind of marketing exposure! I am not sure I buy the prevailing theory that they closed shop because of the lawsuit by 4 employees. Unless they where so broke they didnt have enough money to buy supplies *and* pay the attorney fees it doesnt make a lot of sense to close shop. Even though the lawsuits is against the owners and the business it would be unusual for the owners to be held personally liable for any damages even if the lawsuit is 100% legit. Unless there is more than were being told and owners are trying to shut the lawsuit down before discovery gets started in earnest.
