Pasi talang sambal mánga for lunch. :) Ingredients: 1) Fried pieces of talang fish 2) Two half-ripe mango, cut into pieces. 3) Five big onions 4) 20 dried chillies 5) one teaspoon blachan granules. 6) Five tablespoon cooking oil. 7) Salt and sugar to taste. Recipe:- 1) Cut and blend onions and dried chilli into paste. 2) Fry the sambal paste in frying pan with oil. 3) Simmer for 5 minutes and add blachan granules. 4) Fry for another 5 minutes on low fire until fragrant. 5) Add sliced mango and 1/4 cup of water. 6) Simmer for another 10 minutes till oil comes up and mango is soft. 7) Then, pour the sambal on the fried fish and eat with hot rice. Easy to cook, easy to eat.. In kristang we say, Bong apetitu.
