Pasta E Fagioli (Italian Chili ~ Pasta & Beans) Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef 1/4 Bag Frozen Onion, Peppers, Celery Seasoned Meal Starter 1 Large Carrot (Finely Chopped) 2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans Italian Diced Tomatoes 1 (15 oz) Can Red Kidney Beans (Undrained) 1 (15 oz) Can Great Northern Beans (Undrained) 1 (11.5 oz) Can Tomato Juice 1 (12 oz) Can V8 Vegetable Juice 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar 1/2 lb Elbow Pasta Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Italian Season (To Taste) Directions: While pasta is preparing according to boxed instructions, put in skill; ground beef, onion, pepper & celery mix, & carrot, season with salt, pepper, & garlic salt to taste. Brown the beef until no longer red or pink & veggies are tender. Drain grease. Add this to your now cooked & drained pasta, adding the beans, tomato juice, V8 juice, vinegar, & Italian Season to taste. Let all simmer until well heated. Serve & enjoy! Servings: 4 -6 Prep Time: Approx 40 min.
