Pastor James As I went into the Lord’s presence, I began to receive a series of visions. First, I saw the faces of people wearing heavy winter coats with the collars turned up around their necks. Each was wearing dark sunglasses and looking into a very bright light. At first I thought it was sunlight reflecting off of snow, but then I saw that the light was coming from above. In my spirit I received this as a prophetic word about a glory outpouring coming during this winter season. I heard the Lord proclaim again what He said in John 8:12, “Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.’” Then I heard the Lord say, “Do not be afraid of the increasing darkness around you! I AM the light of the world, and I AM with you! Do not be afraid!” We must not give in to a spirit of fear during this season when darkness seems to be overwhelming. Remember and confess over and over what Paul said to Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Fear is not from the Lord. He is releasing a fresh impartation of His power and love! He is releasing an impartation for us to have sound minds which are fit for being renewed daily! I believe this word from the Lord and I receive it! How about you? As I continued to look at the people with winter coats and sunglasses, it seemed as if they had started to glow from an impartation of glory from the light shining down on them. As I watched this happen, I remembered what Jesus said in Matthew 5:14-16, “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” There is to be no hiding in this season. It is a time to let the light of His glory shine forth from you and from all you are doing as you minister in His name. Remember 2 Corinthians 3:18, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” Therefore, be transformed and made ready to release His glory light in this season! Amen? Then the Lord gave me visions of people asleep in bed. I could only see their faces outside the blankets covering them. There was an extremely intense light shining down on each face. I wondered how they could still be asleep with this bright light shining into their eyes. Then I realized that this was not a natural light. It was a spiritual light shining on them to indicate that they were receiving the light of His glory in prophetic dreams. The Lord said that this is a new season for prophetic dreaming. When you wake up in the morning, quickly write them down before you forget. The Lord is going to guide many of us through these powerful dreams which will release very accurate prophetic words to those willing to receive them. The Holy Spirit cautioned that we need to be ready and willing to follow His leading which we receive in these prophetic dreams. I was led by the Spirit to Acts 2:15-21 (Joel 2:28-32), “‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’” Are you ready for some powerful prophetic dreams? I pray that we are ready to receive, believe, and act on what the Lord is releasing in this season. I pray that the light of His glory will shine powerfully on you in the daytime and in the nighttime! I pray that you will begin to glow with the light of His glory and release it to everyone around you! I pray that we may see the fullness of the promise in Habakkuk 2:14, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Yes, Lord!
