Pastor Richard Pittman preached a profound and powerful sermon at the A. W. Wilson Memorial District Conference. He preached “At the right place at the right time” (St. Mark 15:15-22). Simon, the Cyrenian, was on his way to temple worship when he was forced to help carry the cross of Jesus. He was frustrated and felt he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Subsequently, he discovered that he had helped to carry the cross of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Savior of the world. We experience times when we are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Pastor Pittman declared, “whatever you are going through, you are at the right place at the right time. Start Praising God!” The conference is convening at Greater Hope COGIC, 3737 – 38th Avenue South, Minneapolis. Supt Nathaniel Loche will address the conference Friday, June 21, 2013.
