Pat on the Back Award: ZARA SYDNEY CBD Walking into the store through the Pitt St Mall yesterday, the entrance smelt of cigarette smoke. So I asked an SA to escalate the problem, advising that its an offence to have people smoking within 4 mt of the entrance of a public building. The offence is the stores, not the smokers. SA toddles off. I grab another SA & ask whereabouts the Zara Studio range may be concentrated. She knew instantly what I was talking about (points) & directs me to the area, then changes her mind & escorts me there (more points). We have a quick chat about Studio & this girl knows her stuff about what makes it different to the rest of the Zara labels (more more points). I then hear her explaining Studio to one of her colleagues (even more points). Then a few minutes later she taps me on the shoulder & takes me to another part of the store & points out a few more Studio pieces specifically. FABULOUS FABULOUS SERVICE. Turns out she isnt an SA but a business manager who is responsible for matters on & off the floor. So rare, so terrific. SIA doesnt expect this level of service on the high street, but when she gets it, she laps it up. SNAPS FOR ZARA CBD. Have you had a terrific retail experience recently?
