Fixed the bug of canceling production in Production List. 2. Fixed the bug that some sections of Galaxy map not showing up. Added features: 1. Added Might list in Ranking List. 2. Lower the requirement of producing Ace ships, now available for all free players. 3. The success rate of equipment enhancing is 100% and lower the total cost by 50%. 4. Reduced the dispatching time of the ships. 5. You can choose what to display in Galaxy Map interface. 6. Increased the speed of Elite ships and Ace ships. 7. Added Skill Description tab in Commander interface. 8. Canceled the equipment enhancing CD list in main screen.
