Pathetic customer service they have stopped my other number after doing verification twice. People cannot contact me as they have completely stopped it. The sales person is avoiding my call. The call centre doesnt have my information and are asking me to go to a store (FYI: I had been to the store twice). The nodal office giving me reason than resolution. All they know is to say sorry instead to helping. My first number is active but has dowloading charges inspite of me having a data plan which is not exhausted. They say its a premium contact charge where I havent download any and are not even ready to investigate and stop paying to the merchant. We are being robbed by these premium download charges as most of us use touch screen phone hence there are 99% charges of you clicking on few thinks hence we should not be penalised for just a click. There should be a pop up saying you will be charged and do you agree with yes and no button on it or they should directly take credit or debit card payment. Why should they charge us on our bill for a third party service. Telecom service providers should take this seriously and stop this nuisance once an for all.
